Site Reliability Engineer – Platform & AI/ML

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team in Vancouver. In this hybrid role you will help design, build, and operate the cloud‑native infrastructure that powers our Business Data Cloud and AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with engineering and operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations to design, maintain, and improve build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling.
• Develop high‑quality, secure backend services and automation tools that support the full lifecycle of AI/ML features.
• Provide cloud integration expertise, best practices for CI/CD automation, and modern service architecture.
• Translate complex cross‑functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Lead design reviews, produce clear technical documentation, and present work through demos and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in SRE, DevOps, systems engineering, cloud operations, or automation within an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
