Site Manager – Car Wash Operations

About the role

OpenShine Holdings Ltd. is looking for a motivated Site Manager to lead daily operations at the Tommy's Express Car Wash in St Thomas. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility performance, high‑quality washes, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by increasing sales, tracking expenses, and analyzing profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Maintain operational excellence: keep the facility safe, clean, and well‑maintained while overseeing wash quality.
• Champion guest service, train staff, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching, weekly meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor budgets.
• Identify and address mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical, POS and computer issues.
• Handle emergencies, incident response, and escalated guest concerns.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers for repairs and inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of management experience; car‑wash, retail or hospitality background preferred.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred.
• Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
