Shipper/Receiver – Logistics Associate

About the role

The Shipper/Receiver will manage the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and timely handling. This position supports daily logistics operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Maintain internal record‑keeping system and record shortages or damaged goods.
• Route goods to appropriate storage areas and pack goods for shipment.
• Oversee loading and unloading of goods, operating a forklift and other equipment.
• Unpack received goods and handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lb).

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Forklift Operator Certification.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment, including standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
