About the role
The Business Operations Analyst will support LOGO CARGO by evaluating and improving managerial methods, organizational structures, and operational processes. This role combines analytical research with practical implementation to drive efficiency and quality across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze managerial methods and organizational structures, providing recommendations.
- Develop and implement quality management and assurance standards.
- Conduct research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of policies and programs.
- Plan and execute operational re‑organization initiatives.
- Manage knowledge resources and control budgets and expenditures.
- Analyze market research data to support business decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Initiative, efficiency, and attention to detail.
