About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will support the Store Manager in delivering the legendary Starbucks Experience during your scheduled shifts. You will lead a team of partners, ensure smooth operations, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to meet service standards.
• Maintain calm and effective store operations during high‑volume periods.
• Assist with new partner training and provide respectful coaching.
• Communicate customer and store needs to the manager to create a “Third Place” atmosphere.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ensure consistent quality of beverages, food, and whole‑bean products.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
