About the role
Join our retail meat department to prepare high‑quality cuts for customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring freshness and safety of all products.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and trim meats to prepare for processing.
- Cut, trim and prepare standard and special cuts ordered by customers.
- Remove bones and grind meats as required.
- Weigh, wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food‑safety standards and store policies.
Required profile
- No formal degree required; on‑the‑job training provided.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in meat preparation.
- Flexible availability for morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a retail environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
