About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will support the store manager in delivering the iconic Starbucks Experience during your scheduled shifts. You will lead a team of partners, ensure high‑quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide legendary customer service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and creating a “Third Place” atmosphere.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, cash handling, and adherence to Starbucks policies and safety procedures.
• Coach and train new partners, delivering constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
• Maintain product quality by following recipe, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate store needs and partner concerns to the manager, contributing to a positive team environment.
