Shift Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences during assigned shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities during your shift, maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of 3‑15 employees, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and handling to meet safety regulations and guest expectations.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
• Address guest concerns promptly, turning issues into positive outcomes.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas in line with health standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Resolve operational challenges such as scheduling conflicts or equipment issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, including team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
