About the role
We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead our fast‑food restaurant team in Prince George. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and create staff rosters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of 3‑4 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a fast‑food environment.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
