Shift Manager – Fast Food Restaurant

About the role

The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations of a fast‑food restaurant during assigned shifts. This role ensures that service standards are met and that the team works efficiently to deliver a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team throughout the shift, coordinating tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain smooth restaurant operations, including food preparation and service flow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle cash registers, process transactions, and reconcile shift totals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work morning, evening, night, day and weekend shifts.
