Shift Leader for Busy Bowling & Beer Hall

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of High Rollers, a vibrant bowling and beer‑hall venue in Banff National Park. You will ensure smooth service during busy lunch, happy‑hour and evening periods, supporting both the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise FOH and BOH staff during each shift, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of the dining and bowling areas.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant GM to execute party packages, large‑group events and live‑music nights.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and beverage service, including craft‑beer taps and bar offerings.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Current ProServe certification.
• Previous experience in serving, bartending and supervising a hospitality team.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
