Shift Leader – Banff Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Leader to ensure smooth restaurant operations at our Mediterranean venue in Banff. You will support the General Manager and Assistant GM in delivering excellent service and a vibrant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house service and coordinate with back‑of‑house teams.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Set up the dining area for each service, ensuring all stations are ready.
• Manage and coach FOH team members during shifts.
• Assist in maintaining health and safety standards.

Required profile

• ProServe certification.
• Previous serving and bartending experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
• Positive team player; supervisory experience is a plus.
