Sheet Metal Worker – Fabrication & Installation

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our Edmonton team, manufacturing and assembling ducts for heating, air‑conditioning and ventilation systems. The role involves working in a fast‑paced factory environment, following blueprints and ensuring high‑quality metal fabrication.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble sheet‑metal ducts for HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Measure, mark and cut sheet metal using power tools or hand tools.
• Fit, join and finish sheet‑metal components.
• Instruct and mentor apprentices on trade practices.
• Maintain a safe work area and use required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in sheet‑metal fabrication.
• Registered Apprenticeship certificate and Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and clean driving record.
• Ability to work day shifts with overtime as needed.
• Dependable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
