We are seeking a Shear Operator to shape and form metal stock into parts and products at our Rouyn‑Noranda facility. The role involves operating shear machinery and collaborating with the production team to meet daily output targets.

- Cut metal stock.
- Bend metal stock.
- Roll metal stock.
- Ream metal stock.
- Punch metal stock.
- Drill metal stock.
- Weld metal components.
- Shape and form metal parts.
Required profile
- No specific degree required.
- Experience is an asset.
- Youth candidates can receive on‑the‑job training.
