Sessional Lecturer – Managing Human Potential (Fall 2026)

About the role

The Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga seeks a qualified Sessional Lecturer to teach MGT260 Managing Human Potential during the Fall 2026 term (September 1 – December 31). The appointment is a fixed‑term teaching contract focused on delivering undergraduate content and fostering student engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate learning activities for MGT260.
• Prepare course materials, assessments, and grading rubrics.
• Provide academic support to students, including a minimum of 0.75 hours of TA assistance per enrolled student.
• Maintain course records and adhere to university policies and collective agreements.

Required profile

• Advanced academic qualifications in management, human resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence and ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Eligibility under the CUPE 3902, Unit 3 collective agreement.
