About the role
We are looking for a Service Station Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ultramar station in Farnham. The role involves overseeing staff, managing merchandise and services, and ensuring efficient budgeting and marketing execution.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations of the service station.
- Plan and organize daily activities and staffing.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Required profile
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for morning, day, or evening shifts.
