Service Coordinator – Field Operations

About the role

Everguard is seeking an organized, solutions‑driven Service Coordinator to manage field service operations, support technicians, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience in Kamloops.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for field service technicians.
• Create and manage customer work orders, ensuring timely completion of service requirements.
• Communicate with technicians to support service delivery and resolve issues.
• Assist technicians with customer requests, inspections, and service coordination.
• Prepare quotes and process invoices for service work.
• Produce fire inspection reports and compliance certificates.
• Maintain accurate client, product, and service data in ERP systems.
• Support inventory management, including warehouse and truck stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced service, coordination, or administrative role.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or technical service environments is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for managing client, product, and service data.
