Service Advisor

About the role

Join a Platinum Certified Canada’s Best Managed Company and help drive the service experience for equipment customers across British Columbia. As a Service Advisor you will act as the primary liaison between customers, service technicians, and the parts department to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and close work orders, quotes, and invoices promptly.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and scheduling service appointments.
• Coordinate parts, freight, warranty claims, and planned maintenance schedules.
• Dispatch and plan weekly and monthly schedules for road technicians, assigning work to the appropriate technician.
• Maintain accurate records of technician time, job codes, and service details.
• Optimize technician workload using GPS and scheduling tools while following safety practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in dispatching, scheduling, and workload planning.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, and management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with service management databases.
• Familiarity with GPS scheduling tools.
