Service Account Manager

About the role

The Service Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships by ensuring contract renewals, delivering value‑added services, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers. This role combines sales, customer service, and technical expertise to support long‑term client success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract renewal processes, reviewing performance and customer satisfaction.
• Re‑price and present renewing contracts for stakeholder approval.
• Conduct client‑facing meetings to discuss account performance, opportunities, and growth.
• Maintain and expand existing agreements by proposing additional services.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding service agreements and build trusted partnerships.
• Collaborate with business development to prepare estimates and custom solutions.
• Track opportunities in Salesforce and achieve KRA targets.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Canadian driver’s license.
