Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design of intuitive, efficient, and user‑centred experiences for a major enterprise ERP modernization and field service transformation. The role will focus on the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Work Zone, and mobile field service applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, workshops, surveys and field observations to capture business processes, pain points and user needs.
• Design and optimise end‑to‑end experiences for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Work Zone and mobile field service apps, following SAP Fiori standards.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Run usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Produce UX documentation, design specifications and development‑ready artefacts.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, developers, QA and business stakeholders.
• Support change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives with onboarding materials and design improvements.
• Monitor post‑go‑live feedback and identify continuous‑enhancement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Design or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise software or large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of user‑centred design methodologies, design thinking, usability testing and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience applying SAP Fiori design guidelines.
