Senior Technical Recruiter – Product Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Technical Recruiter who will focus on sourcing and hiring product talent across North America. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will act as a strategic advisor and partner to product leaders, helping build high‑performing teams that drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior product roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global leaders to define talent needs and create creative sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring product positions.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in product hiring.

Required profile

• Extensive experience recruiting product roles such as Product Managers and Product Designers in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• High sense of urgency, results‑driven mindset and comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong business acumen, professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
