Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director – High‑Net‑Worth Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead and expand our high‑net‑worth advisory practice. The role combines strategic tax planning, compliance, and client relationship management for affluent individuals, families, and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, compliance and advisory services for high‑net‑worth clients, including individuals, families, partnerships, S‑corporations and trusts.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to develop integrated financial strategies.
• Monitor evolving tax legislation, identify opportunities and mitigate risks for clients.
• Provide guidance on estate planning, charitable giving and multi‑generational wealth transfer.
• Mentor junior tax staff and foster a culture of professional growth.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent tax certification.
• 10‑15+ years of tax advisory experience, preferably in public accounting or wealth‑management environments.
• Deep expertise in high‑net‑worth individual taxation, partnerships, S‑corporations and trusts.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
