Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead the recruitment effort for our growing wealth‑advisor division. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements and qualifications.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for various wealth‑advisor positions, using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and assess cultural fit and skill alignment.
• Coordinate assessments and interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop and promote the employer brand via job postings, social media and recruitment materials.
• Support hiring managers with branding and candidate engagement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in wealth‑advisor recruitment, in‑house talent acquisition or recruitment agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related HR software.
