Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement and sourcing initiatives across complex categories and international markets. This role will shape sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost‑saving decisions in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
• Build total‑cost models, savings forecasts, and analytical reports using large data sets.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, ESG metrics, and risk factors.
• Support asset lifecycle management and continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive procurement transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering cost‑optimization and risk‑mitigation results.
