Senior Specialist, Loyalty Rewards

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist for its Loyalty Rewards product suite. The role will act as a force multiplier for the product team, driving deeper understanding of platform capabilities, supporting data‑backed decisions and guiding go‑to‑market execution across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Loyalty Rewards portfolio, especially Mastercard Promotions, and act as the subject‑matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and platform teams to evaluate feature enhancements for feasibility, scalability and commercial viability.
• Review and champion technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API specifications and reporting outputs to ensure end‑to‑end functionality.
• Translate technical concepts into clear product insights, limitations and opportunities for non‑technical audiences.
• Support the creation of data‑driven product narratives, including customer behavior insights, engagement uplift and market analysis.

Required profile

• Analytically minded product professional comfortable working with technical documentation, architecture diagrams and API specifications.
• Ability to convert complex technical information into clear go‑to‑market insights, opportunity assessments and product narratives.
• Willingness to become a trusted product expert in Mastercard Promotions and Redemptions.
