Senior Solutions Architect – Pre‑sales

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect at TRM Labs, you will lead technical pre‑sales engagements, design end‑to‑end solutions and guide customers through integration of TRM’s AI‑powered intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end TRM solutions, from gathering complex requirements to designing business processes, customizing the platform, integrating APIs, and providing testing and training.
• Act as the primary technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting detailed requirements and shaping solution designs.
• Present TRM’s APIs and architecture, advising on implementation timelines, potential challenges, and alignment with client strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality integration resources such as API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
• Cultivate strong relationships with technical stakeholders, offering expert support throughout integration and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Professional experience in pre‑ and post‑sales roles (e.g., Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, Senior Customer Success Engineer).
• Exceptional customer‑facing skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API‑based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch.
• Comfortable scripting in one or more languages to build proofs of concept or prototype APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple complex tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.
