About the role
We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff in Product Engineering to build full‑stack features that transform how legal teams work. You will own end‑to‑end features used daily by thousands of lawyers and collaborate directly with the founding team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement full‑stack features blending elegant UX with robust backend systems.
- Architect scalable solutions across the tech stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js) and shape technical direction.
- Build and optimise cloud‑native systems on GCP, improving reliability and observability.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Turn customer feedback into shippable specs, delivering quickly while raising quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience building production‑grade web applications.
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with deep knowledge of frontend architecture.
- Experience designing and scaling backend systems on cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
- Proven ability to make long‑term architectural decisions.
