Senior Solutions Architect – Healthcare (Canada Public Sector)

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect you will partner with British Columbia healthcare customers to design, build and migrate secure, resilient and high‑performing solutions on Amazon Web Services. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex cloud architectures into business value for both technical and executive audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical engagements with public‑sector healthcare clients.
• Define implementation and transition architectures that meet security and compliance mandates.
• Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP processes.
• Collaborate with account managers and business developers to ensure successful migration of applications and services.
• Produce whitepapers, reference architectures, blog posts and deliver technical webinars.
• Represent AWS at conferences, panels and press events as a thought leader.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing cloud solutions for public‑sector or regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to present to engineers and senior executives.
• Proven ability to influence customers and drive AWS adoption.
• Thought‑leadership experience in healthcare or public‑sector technology challenges.
