Senior SEO Strategist

About the role

BX Studio is seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to lead organic growth for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from B2B SaaS companies to B2C non‑profits. The role is client‑facing, requiring you to run strategy calls, own performance outcomes, and design both SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) campaigns in complex buying environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO and AEO strategies, from technical foundations to content ideation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including writers, developers, designers, and analysts—to deliver measurable visibility gains.
• Lead client meetings, present performance insights, and act as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders and C‑suite executives.
• Maintain and improve repeatable processes, SOPs, and documentation for efficient delivery.
• Stay current with evolving search and AI trends, incorporating new tactics into client roadmaps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading SEO and content strategy for enterprise or agency clients.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships and translate business goals into organic growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to explore emerging SEO/AEO technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for both strategic discussions and executive presentations.
