About the Role
Join a dynamic leader in the industrial sector as a Senior Regional Account Manager based in Edmonton. You will play a pivotal role in driving long-term growth by developing strategic partnerships with key industrial clients and emerging market players across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term account strategies for key industrial clients.
- Shape client requirements and evaluation criteria to effectively position chemical solutions.
- Build and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships and conduct strategic business reviews.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including large-scale RFPs/RFQs, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, SLA, MSA).
- Oversee territory management, prioritizing high-value opportunities and managing sales pipelines/forecasts.
- Coordinate multi-site deployments and align internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service, quality, and logistics issues.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and cross-selling opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in strategic account management within the chemical or industrial sector.
- Expertise in managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles and large-scale tenders.
- Strong ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements (MSA, SLA, pricing).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market segments and drive business diversification.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills (Operations, Customer Service, Technical teams).
