About the role

CSC Generation’s centralized recruiting team supports hiring across a portfolio of 13 iconic brands. As a Senior Recruiter you will own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance and other professional roles, with a particular focus on building our talent presence in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across portfolio brands to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting: source, screen, interview and assess candidates for engineering, finance, creative and other professional positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, converting prospects into active candidates and hires.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, using data‑driven insights to improve time‑to‑fill and pipeline conversion.
• Lead efforts to establish and grow CSC Generation’s recruiting footprint in Canada, identifying top talent markets and sourcing channels.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in e‑commerce, fintech or technology companies.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance and creative talent across North America.
• Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada.
• Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
