Senior Project Manager

About the role

Raven Roofing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Project Management Division from its new Surrey headquarters. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery that meets safety, schedule, budget and quality standards for roofing and architectural sheet metal projects across British Columbia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Coordinators.
• Define clear expectations, priorities and performance standards.
• Implement accountability systems to drive project success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they affect timelines or profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, Site Supervision and senior leadership.
• Develop and refine departmental processes and workflows.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability and provide regular reporting to the Director of Operations.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, roofing, building envelope or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent decision‑making, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience implementing and improving operational processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
