Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Multi-family Construction

About the Position

Join a well-established, employee-owned general contracting firm that prides itself on operational excellence and a collaborative culture. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and multi-family construction projects in the Edmonton area.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive full project lifecycles from pre-construction phases through to successful final close-out.
• Manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, financial forecasting, and rigorous cost control.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Champion safety protocols, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes on all sites.
• Implement and support both traditional and collaborative project delivery models.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in commercial or multi-family construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, high-value projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder and client management.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management and project scheduling.
• Ability to work from the office with regular site visits to ensure operational excellence.
