About the role

The Senior Modern Workplace Engineer will design, deliver, and support cloud‑based productivity and collaboration services for EQ Bank. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 and related platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and user‑centric digital workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research, implement, and govern Microsoft 365 services across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of digital workplace processes.
• Support both tactical execution and strategic modernisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain platform sustainability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end‑users.

Required profile

• Several years of experience designing and managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based productivity and collaboration tools.
• Ability to balance tactical delivery with long‑term strategic goals.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
