Senior Manager – Master Planner, Supply Chain & Operations

About the role

Essential Turbines Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Master Planning for its North American engine MRO network. Reporting to the COO, you will own the 12‑18 month master schedule that drives engine inductions, module flow, part repair and return‑to‑service across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 12‑18 month master schedule aligned with customer TAT commitments and contract milestones.
• Sequence engine inductions, balance work‑in‑process, rotable pool health and finite capacity across disassembly, cleaning, NDT, repair cells, assembly and engine test.
• Translate customer forecasts, AOG events and long‑lead material availability into an executable shop plan.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day source of truth for engine flow, resource allocation and schedule adjustments.
• Provide oversight for Master Planning activities at Montreal (QC), Vancouver (BC) and Phoenix (AZ).

Required profile

• Senior supply‑chain professional with extensive experience in aerospace or engine MRO environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance competing priorities such as TAT, capacity and inventory health.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, operations, engineering and customer teams.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑site planning functions.
