Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain

About the role

Mattel is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities for its Canadian operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning, you will oversee multiple functional teams and act as the primary supply chain liaison for the Canada Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top customers and suppliers to improve cost effectiveness.
• Lead supply‑chain projects, defining steps, timelines and responsibilities.
• Oversee planning functions to maintain high fill rates and target inventory levels.
• Enhance reporting, ensure rapid escalation of issues, and raise the visibility of the planning function.
• Conduct process reviews, share best practices across Mattel planning teams, and align Canada with global standards.

Required profile

• University degree (required).
• 8+ years of relevant business experience in supply chain or related fields.
• Proven experience with demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
