Senior Manager, Finance Platform Solutions

About the role

The Senior Manager, Finance Platform Solutions will lead the optimisation of BCI's finance technology landscape. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Business Solutions, this role bridges deep finance expertise with emerging technology and AI to streamline processes, improve service to internal and external clients, and support BCI’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise the value of existing finance technologies and AI solutions across the Finance department.
• Lead finance systems projects, including extending current platforms, integrating new finance applications, and deploying low‑code automation tools.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to design and implement multi‑agent AI solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Directly manage the Manager of Workday Finance Solutions and ensure alignment with BCI’s operational goals.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align processes and systems with the organisation’s strategic plan.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Significant experience in finance operations combined with technology implementation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of asset‑management finance functions and regulatory requirements.
