Senior Manager – Concerts & Events

About the role

The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club & Rogers Centre is seeking a senior leader to own the planning, operational oversight, and execution of concerts, VIP experiences, non‑baseball events, galas, private functions and specialty game‑day events at the Rogers Centre. Reporting to the Director of Concerts & Events, this full‑time role will shape the vision for large‑scale events and drive continuous improvement of the fan experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of concerts, promotions, VIP packages, galas, private events and specialty game‑day experiences.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Security, Facilities, Technical Production, IT, Merchandise, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to ensure seamless operational delivery.
• Manage relationships with promoters, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders, overseeing communication, marketing alignment and brand consistency.
• Work directly with the ticketing team and Ticketmaster to ensure accurate ticket builds, smooth sales processes and maximized revenue.
• Oversee load‑in to load‑out logistics, including venue walkthroughs, credentialing, artist gifting, parking, catering and activation coordination.
• Provide operational leadership across event portfolios, including staffing allocation, resource planning and cross‑functional prioritization.
