Senior Manager, Amazon Business Canada

About the role

Amazon Business Canada is seeking a senior leader to own the country’s commercial go‑to‑market strategy. This general‑manager role is responsible for revenue delivery, P&L ownership, and shaping the long‑term vision for Amazon Business in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own Canada’s revenue targets across Tail Spend and Managed Spend motions, delivering and exceeding OP2 goals.
• Define and execute the annual operating plan, including goal‑setting, resource allocation, headcount planning, and investment prioritization.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with North America and worldwide leadership, translating performance into investment cases.
• Build and manage a portfolio of two‑motion TS/MS offerings, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term pipeline health.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of 70+ across Commercial, Public Sector, Strategic, CAM, and product functions.
• Set cultural standards of high bar, customer obsession, and bias for action.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of building and scaling large, high‑performing sales organizations.
• Ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and represent Amazon Business externally.
• Strong strategic thinking based on competitive dynamics and B2B procurement trends.
