Senior Lead, Customer Success Training

About the role

Jane is looking for a Senior Lead to own and evolve its Customer Success Training program. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Operations, you will work at the intersection of technology, people, and purpose, ensuring new Support team members are fully prepared before their first interaction with healthcare practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers while actively delivering training yourself.
• Own the onboarding curriculum for new Support agents and ensure its continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training for the Demo function, Onboarding calls, and conference presentations.
• Support cross‑functional product onboarding for other Jane teams, including Customer Success.
• Explore AI and emerging tools to make learning more scalable, personalized, and effective.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training or learning teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Player‑coach mindset: comfortable setting direction and rolling up sleeves to train alongside the team.
• Strong understanding of customer support operations and product onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex product knowledge into clear training material.
