About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Senior Key Account Manager, partnering with customers to define and execute growth strategies that benefit both the company and its partners. You will lead the development of strong, multi‑level relationships and drive profitable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain broad customer relationships across all levels, focusing on strategic partnership.
- Execute the customer’s growth strategy and ensure delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
- Optimize resource utilization to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Leverage data from Nielsen, POS and other sources to build compelling selling stories.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to improve in‑store conditions and execution.
- Influence cross‑functional partners to achieve sales, profitability and share‑growth targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading key accounts in Consumer‑Packaged Goods.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and inspiring teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver value for both customer and company.
- Advanced understanding of P&L, trade spend and mix management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales, profitability and market‑share growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related designation is an asset.
- Limited travel and hybrid work schedule (Monday‑Friday).
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Nielsen and customer POS data analysis.
- Financial analysis and P&L management.

- Base salary range $131,000‑$163,750 CAD per year.
- Target bonus of 17 % with over‑achievement potential.
