Senior Implementation Consultant – Incentive Compensation

About the role

Delbridge Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of its Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform for Fortune 1000 clients across North America. You will work closely with customers to translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations and ensure successful go‑live deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements for compensation planning and performance management.
• Design, build, and unit‑test solution configurations, then conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage deployment activities, provide post‑implementation support, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Handle multiple concurrent implementation projects, aiming for several successful go‑lives each month.
• Travel up to 10% across Canada and the United States to meet client sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technology consultant or compensation administrator.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality implementations in fast‑paced environments.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Advanced/Expert proficiency with MS Excel.
• System integration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with SPM solutions such as Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, Synygy, or Anaplan.
