Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join MAAX’s creative team. The role involves shaping the brand’s visual identity across both print and digital channels, working closely with marketing, web, and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging print and digital assets from concept to final delivery.
• Design creative materials for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, websites and other digital platforms.
• Develop print collateral and prepare production‑ready files.
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines, visual standards and creative direction.
• Perform photo retouching, image editing and visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Management and Web teams to bring ideas to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and archive creative assets.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent in Graphic Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Excellent spoken and written French and good English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once.
• Collaborative, positive and team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
• Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Understanding of both print production and digital design workflows.
