Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our migration to AWS and build a secure, production‑grade cloud environment. The role offers high impact, technical ownership and the chance to shape security and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the migration from a legacy co‑location environment to AWS.
• Design, build and operate secure, production‑grade AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
• Implement and manage security controls including IAM, vulnerability management, logging and endpoint compliance.
• Maintain core IT workflows, vendor relationships and day‑to‑day operational support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience with deep AWS expertise.
• Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD processes.
• Solid understanding of security best practices such as least‑privilege, secret management and patching.
• Experience with Windows Server or networking concepts is a plus.
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident able to work CST to EST hours.
