Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our platform in Toronto. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines while managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high‑quality, reliable solutions for our business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the target‑state DevOps roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
• Support enterprise platform migrations and tooling upgrades.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, primarily OpenShift 4 and AWS.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure load balancers, service discovery, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing cloud‑native platforms and container orchestration.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Ability to work closely with IT teams, technical stakeholders, and business lines.
