Senior Designer

About the role

At Mosaic, we are redefining how consumers experience brands. We are seeking a full‑time Senior Designer who challenges conventional thinking, tells compelling stories, and is passionate about building brands through design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts that bring brand ideas to life across both large‑scale and tactical projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to evolve brand appearances in the market.
• Present design solutions confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach to crafting high‑quality design deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of agency experience.
• Strong conceptual thinker with a deep obsession for ideas and their execution.
• Traditional art direction or design background; experience with XM is a plus.
• Excellent presenter able to sell ideas to clients.
• Collaborative mindset and active participant in creative communities.
• Broad cultural interests in sports, technology, music, television, etc.
