Senior Consultant, Digital Project Manager

About the role

Signifly is looking for a Senior Consultant, Digital Project Manager to join its Montreal team. You will not only manage digital projects but also shape their direction from the first client conversation, ensuring the right scope, approach, and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the early phase of client engagements, defining approach, scope, and asking critical questions.
• Shape proposals that balance client needs, team capacity, and realistic outcomes.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital projects (websites, applications, digital marketing) including scope, budget, timeline, and delivery.
• Translate business goals into clear product direction and actionable plans.
• Gather and structure requirements, build well‑prioritized backlogs, and keep teams aligned.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and maintain project momentum.
• Develop strong, trust‑based client relationships.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in project management with experience in digital agency environments.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear project plans.
• Comfortable influencing both internal teams and external clients.
• Ownership mindset, clarity in communication, and ability to keep projects moving forward.
