Senior Associate – Private Tax (Bilingual EN/FR)

About the role

PwC Private Tax is looking for a bilingual Senior Associate to join its multidisciplinary team. You will work on a variety of Canadian tax projects, supporting private companies throughout their lifecycle—from inception to growth, maturity, and transition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop corporate restructuring plans, tax planning and strategies tailored to client needs.
• Participate in business sales, mergers and acquisitions.
• Liaise with clients, lawyers, accountants and internal teams.
• Conduct and document tax analyses for corporate reorganisations, trust and estate planning, and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with PwC professionals in valuation, audit, tax incentives and related areas.
• Share technical knowledge with team members at all levels.

Required skills

• Master’s degree in Tax.
• CPA Levels I, II and III (or equivalent).
• Completion of an in‑depth tax course (or in progress).
• Relevant experience in an accounting firm, law firm or similar organisation.
• Fluency in English and French.
