Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Taxation

About the role

NADG, a leading real‑estate investment platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Financial Reporting & Taxation team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate month‑end close, investor distributions, and compliance for both investment funds and development properties.

Key responsibilities

• Record month‑end adjusting and capital entries for investment funds and development projects.
• Monitor cash‑flow activities and prepare investor distributions and related payments.
• Code invoices to the appropriate fund and general‑ledger accounts.
• Assist in preparing internal and external financial statements.
• Compile year‑end audit and tax working papers within deadlines.
• Produce month‑end reports for external stakeholders.
• Liaise with management and third‑party financial information providers.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects for internal and external reporting.
• Support additional departmental functions as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting; experience in investment companies or real‑estate is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, deadline‑oriented and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Yardi (preferred).
