Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

About the role

Passage is seeking an early‑career finance professional with a CPA designation to own core accounting and financial reporting processes. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will help build the financial infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth and long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close, preparing monthly IFRS financial statements.
• Maintain and document accounting policies, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Design and manage finance‑related processes integrated with the product, automating manual workflows.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on investor and board reporting and strategic decision‑making.
• Build tools and frameworks to track KPIs, unit economics, and cash flow.
• Contribute to audit readiness, financial model development, and future financing events.

Required profile

• CPA designation with 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably starting in a Big 4 audit role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting under IFRS.
• Ability to work independently, build reporting in Excel from scratch, and document processes.
